L-Glutamine and Soy protein isolate
I notice that the soy protein isolate (which I use) contains "large amounts of the BCAAs L-Glutamine"
Is there any point in also supplementing with L-glutamine if consuming the SPI?
Or would a lesser dose than normal help?

glutamine seperate would be good, 10+ g is needed you see.

glutamine on it's own but not with whey.
Be aware that soy isn't as readily absorbed by the body so you'd need to consume more than with whey to get the same amount of amino yield.
