Hey guys i need your advice or guidance before my delivery comes (two days from now i believe).

I've ordered 5kg of whey protein concentrate 80, 10kg of oats, 500g of L-Glut and 300g of CEE.

I wanna have around 4 shakes a day:

1. One in the morning was thinking 60g of oats and 30g of whey with 5g of L-Glut (at this point about an hour later i'll take 1g of CEE in orange juice).

2. Midday/2hrs before workout containing 60g of oats, 30g of protein and 2g of CEE.

3. Postworkout 30g of protein and 5g of L-Glut.

4. Nightime 60g of oats, 30g of protein, 5g of L-Glut and some olive oil/fish oil.

Can i have your comments and guidance on whether this is good/bad or any other advice if i've missed anything?!?!
