Isnt it wonderful to make your own mixes!!

Today I spent some time out maxing a mix for me for BCAA + Leucine and OKG all mixed in a container! Means less to open...and just a little bigger scoop!

Next one is an all in one anti oxidant mini mix of all the stuff I have left lying around!

then its my standard pre and post supplement mix, once the first lots runs out!..means overall rather then opening soo many tubs, I just gota open 2!!

Simple things in life keep KP amused!!

I do this all the time.

I have a daily mix, preworkout, workout aminos, PWO anti oxidant mix.

Much easier for weighing out on a day to day basis.

Totally agree...although I tell ya if you dont have a big enough spare tub mixing can be a bitch!....But nothing a good shake, swirl and tumble doesnt fix!! (oo-errrr!)

well its more to avoid mixing your own separately

    Mine was

    1kg BCAA
    500g Leucine
    500g OKG

So 20g serving gives me 15g BCAA 4:1:1 and 5g OKG

I agree this is useful, Especially for something like Calcium Caseinate. It mixes 100x better when some other supplements are mixed in.

I remember reading it's better to cycle anti-oxidants every 4 weeks rather than have a combo.

    Can't remember where though

When you eat the foods your body is made for (Paleo foods) in a framework that your body is made for (feast-fast, such as IF), it all works beautifully.

Maybe me....I take them 4 days on 3 off.....and if you take 3 or more of similar you take 33% of the amount youd take if you was taking it by it self..this is due to the strenght of certain Anti Ox..

I've got a few little mixes:

    BCAA + Leucine (1kg + 500g)
    Maltodextrin + Dextrose (2kg + 1kg)
Whey Isolate + Milk Protein (1kg + 1kg)... was gonna buy some egg white protein to add to this but will instead just wait until this runs out and buy MP's Total Protein instead!

I sometimes mix other things on a weekly basis too... you are right KP it's good fun to feel like a mad scientist or a crazy alchemist for half an hour...
