    Could some one give me an unpartial advice on what supplements to take for the following goals.

    a)Loose fat
    b)loose weight
    c)Gain muscle
    d)Increase hair on head
    e)Increase in endurance
    f)increase in focus
    g')Increase in metabolism

    Please include combinations and also side effects aswell

    b) not sure what you mean, unless you are talking about water loss, why loose "weight" and fat
    c) protein, CEE, Creatine, Glutamine, Bcaa
    d) None im afraid
    e) Carbohydrates, Caffeine, taurine
    f) Alcar
    g) Caffeine,Guarana Extract


    Then theres all the now food products..

    hair loss is commonly associated with DHT production, ZMA is a excellent natrual testosterone booster and saw palmetto is a well known and commonly used DHT blocker (more often used to reduce the chance of enlarged prostate).

    d)...Nourkrin from holland and barrett, only a tiny £50 a month (+ an extra £15 for the shampoo and conditioner), and get this, u only need to take it for the rest of your life. So In total is only £600 a year, only £30,000 for the last 50years of ur life.
