    Hi all,

First out im on as good a diet as i can presently (being in catered uni halls can make the evening meal a challenge but im getting the hang of spotting healther options), i cycle into and back from uni every day (bout 15mins downhill in and 20-25mins with parts very steeply uphill back, get heart properly going both ways) and will be restarting my 3 times a week gym attendance next week once my exams are over.

Question is i quite fancy some supplements to top it off, have looked into cla and it appears to be abit of a red herring, am currently nearly sold on eca as it would give a nice kick from the caffine which would most likely help alittle with concentration (or maybe not), not really looked too much into sesamin or alcar other than the product blurbs on here. Would preferably avoid the "stops you absorbing fat" style sups as id much rather just avoid the fat in my diet than have it all going "through" myself.

    Tips?

    Tom

P.s. i am fully aware these should be used as the iceing on a cake of good eating habits and that can never be used as a substitute to eating well!

ECA is the bad boy when it comes to fat loss, hence why ephedrine got banned. Coz its too good and too cheap.

Alcar WILL make a difference. but tastes like battery acid gone bad!

    sesamin is rubbish.

Apart from that use whey and try getting about 3000mg DHA/EPA.

Yes ALCAR is good when taken at around 3-4g two to three times daily... and does taste pretty acidic.

    Why not try MPs Thermopure?

Yeah i think ill probs get the sida and caff from mp its only like a tenner, i can see that the thermopure might be good but id rather not go in on a pre-packaged combo burner particularly as the eca synergy seems something not to be missed if the pharmacological basis is anything to go on!

Normally Ephedrine Caffine and asprin but as ephedrine has legality issues (and the only sites i can see that sell it sell expensive 8mg tabs which is too much hassle imo) im talking about sida cordfolia from here (cheap too).

    /update

Got my sida and caff, tried first dose this morn without asprin (dont have any yet), felt completly off my tits when it kicked in, am alittle worried that it will effect my concentration during the week but i shall wait and see. Had a really good session in the gym (28 sets +10mins on treadmill with a mate, was abit too big tbh but a nice start), can definetly see why it would cause fat loss though, its literally being pumped with adrenaline for hours. Can't see myself doing more than one dose a day though, but it should still have an impact.

In terms of effective weight loss Sida is useless (sorry, I know you've already bought it!). Ephedra does have legality issues but is still obtainable legally. Its currently illegal to purchase OTC, otherwise your fine.

I have a batch of T3 waiting to be delivered by my local constabulary (theyre better than ParcelForce lol). Cant wait
