All studdies i have seen have been on mice. Are there any scientific human studdies with Raspberry Ketones? Because how do i know i will get thermogenic calorie burning effects from something unless its been tested with humans, and proven?

Well dont expect weight to fall off you by taking raspberry Ketones. By the same token don't expect anything to have this effect. Supplments when cutting really are an extra, diet work hard should be the core of your effort. If you want something that is more 'proven' then have a look at CLA or Sesamin.

yeah he knows supplements won't magically make you lose weight, he does cardio/cuts, that's with the question!
Best supplements I have used for cutting is CLA and White tea powder....
Last time I did a cut with that I had about 8 x 1000mg cla and 3 cups of white tea extract a day went for a cycle ride or a jog in the middle of summer and the fat was literally melting off!
