    I am currently cutting but wanted to know what is best to have to help the defenition and gain of muscle whilst cutting
    I have WHEY 80 and clean diet with approx 190g protein I am not over weight jus twant to lose a few pounds
    im 11 stone and 5 foot 9. Ive just heard of too many supp's ie: CEE, Creatine, Hurricane, I was looking for the best one
    to take that will aid my goals but not hinder my cutting

    You should not be cutting at 154lbs . No offence, but at a low BF you would just look like the average skinny guy. And to get a more "defined" muscle you must bulk to make it larger, then cut to drop the BF.

    Im going on holiday in 5 weeks so wanted to cut until then as will be off training and diet for 2 weeks when away

    i agree you dont need to cut at that weight im nearly 13 stone at 5ft4 and want to get up a bit further yet. Just eat healthy till the holiday have a good time and comeback ready to grow

    But wanted to tone up a little before the holiday, I will be doing my weight training and cardio as normal. I may bulk when I come back but want to look half decent when away and also what I lose now Its not as bad when I put more on due to being away!!

    Take the advice.

    You have nothing to cut away, you will be skin and bones, im a stone heavier and wouldnt bother cutting.
