Beef Jerkys, Protein flapjacks are easy things to buy but expensive.

You could make some stew and stick it in a flask (Search for power stews on here).

    Then theres sandwhiches and stuff.

you could look at mixing some basic meal replacement shakes,

    Full fat milk
    Oats
    Whey protein

possibly add in some fat e.g. flax seed or omega 3 caps should help fill in the gaps when you cant eat
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering
