2 scoops of whey and 1 of oats would be my starting point
Can anyone suggest some additional ingredients and at what ratio they can be included for a meal replacement shake?
Obviously a good protein like WPC 80 and a good low GI carb like ultra fine oats is the place to start, but how much of each should i put together if i was using one of the plastic scoops?
Thanks![]()

Flax would also be a good addition.

I am just about ready to place my first order but i have one other question. What weight of oats should i order to approximately balance out a protein order of 4.5kg, if i intend to use 2 scoops of oats and one of whey in my shakes?
thanks again.
Sorry, one last wee question!
If i was to purchase some flax seed powder to add to the shakes how much would you recommend for each one...5g?
Thanks.
its quite hard to say, look at hte serving suggestions on the site, i use an old scooper but for me 1 scoop of whey is 40g of and 2 big scoops of oats is about 100g. gives me 30g protein 60g carb.
flax seed 5g seems ok but the more u add the more u will hit the taste, as flax seed doesnt taste nice, u coujld always try the omega 3,6,9 if u are after good tasting efas_
