Doesnt sound like you need advice mate, sounds like youve got a well structured plan there and the discipline to carry it through

    PB's :Bench 120kg x 2 (110kg x 5), Squat 200kg x 2 (170kg x 5), Deadlift 240kg x 1 (180kg x5)

Sorry for invading your thread mate, but I just wanted to ask you how much water you use in the Bedtime Extreme mix? I am putting a substantial order in and want something to feed me over-night (makes sense really) all I am worried about is breaking up my 8 hours kip with a pee break. Can I just mix it to a paste and eat it? I have a cast iron gut! Thoughts anyone?

I use about half a pint of water and i mix it in a blender the thickness is consistent with yoghurt in my opinion certainly fills you up, not sure about nightime pee since i seem to get up a couple of times regardless my bladder is very old
