Just a quick survey really...
What are your favourite cutting supps and when do you take them..
I am looking to go on a month long cut in about two weeks and have a couple of things ready so far:
Thermopure
Omega 3 6 9
Looking to get some whey protein (Morning) and some milk protein (night) in bulk to last the month.
My diet is good and I will be looking to intake less carbs and more fats and protein as well as starting a HIIT routine and also continuing with the weights regime I am currently doing but 1 less day a week....
Is it worth keeping up the creatine whilst on a cut? Is it worth taking CLA or BCAA??
Suggestions would be very helpful and greatly appreciated...

tbh
Weights and Cardio will be perfect for the first 6-8 weeks, if weight starts slowing down then consider maybe some Thermopure with Alcar
As you increase cardio maybe add BCAA to prevent too much muscle breakdown
im doing HIIT 3x a week and all going well so far and diet isnt even perfect
only supplements i am taking is Liquid Fish Oils and Whey protein

I am currently taking Hurricane XS whilst on a bulk and it is due to run out in the next week or two so need to get me some simple whey. Which did you buy. I want a months worth so that I can use it right through my cut. I was thinking of getting some Creatine tabs as well but not sure if its worth it?
Thanks for replyin by the way. I know its a question thats asked a lot but I figured my questions were to the point and that it wouild be nice to get some personal help... Cheers

best bang for buck flavoured whey
Creatine is useful on cut, helps with maintaining some strengthget powder though as its tasteless and cheaper

Thinking of ordering... What do you reckon?
Whey Blend (5lb) (Refill) (click here to delete)
-Flavour: Strawberry
1bag £0.00 £21.99
BCAA (click here to delete)
-Container: Sealed Bag
100g £0.74 £4.99
Acetyl L Carnitine (ALCAR) (click here to delete)
-Container: Sealed Bag
100g £0.82 £5.49
Subtotal: £1.56 £32.47
Gonna mix bcaa with my post workout whey shake and take the ALCAR in the morning with my omega 3,6,9, before my lunch and before my dinner.
I also have thermopure already which I will take pre HIIT workout...

If wanting a months supply then you'll need more BCAA's and ALCAR imo
ALCAR should be split up into atleast 3doses during the day
BCAA's would be best taken in high catabolic situations. Pointless having together with whey.
Is there a reason you are going for omega 3 6 9 btw? Most people have plenty of omega 6 and 9 in their diet but lack omega 3, hence you supplement to redress the balance.
When it comes to cutting the number 1 thing is DIET, DIET DIET DIET, work on getting this right first before you look at cutting supps, as without a decent diet and cardio/training the supps will do little.
