YES it is but so is whey and oats. Bulking in general is not a good idea you should look to add muscle slowly to minimise fat gain. Maybe have a half serving with a scoop of whey added
It states that it's for hard gainers - but for someone looking to bulk that isn't a hard gainer - is it still suitable - it's cheaper and easier then having to force an extra 400 cals down your mouth twice a day.
