    wots the difference between the sachets of meal replacement and the tub. do you get more for your money with one of them????

    Not sure on the price difference, but i will say the sachets being foil wrapped are very handy. I tend to keep a couple at work and a shaker so that if for some reason i dont get enough food in a day and just had one. Not sure just powder in a shaker would keep as well or be as handy.

    PB's :Bench 120kg x 2 (110kg x 5), Squat 200kg x 2 (170kg x 5), Deadlift 240kg x 1 (180kg x5)
