Hi, I'm I've just started weight training I'm 16.
I'm currently taking a all in one powder, but i'm thinking of buy the supplements seperatly? So i'm guessing i would need, Protien, creatine but not sure what else?
Could anyone advice me on what would be a good protien and creatine powerders from MP and anything else i should take to help?

What are the important supplements to take when training for muscle mass, Just Protiena and Creatine??

Don't worry, a lot of people get caught out by this when they first join the board. Yes. Like I said, see how your diet compares to those suggested in diet and nutrition and fit the whey protein shakes in when you need them.
Everything else in that is unnecessary.
Creatine isn't important either but if you want to buy some then it is cheap enough to be worth getting.

Unflavoured is not unpleasant, just tastes like skimmed milk when mixed with water. If you think you could down that, it is the best value option.
Otherwise the first.
If you want to build some muscle then a PWO carb is a must... Oats is always a safe bet
creatine has worked for me, get the mint choc MP max whey protien ive found thats been the best tasting ive ever had.
