Firstly edit your post and cut out the competitor name.

Then look at that product's label and post what its ingredients are.

Also, the diet and nutrition sub-forum should be your first port of call.

I was standing in the park wondering why frisbees got bigger as they get closer. Then it hit me.

What are the important supplements to take when training for muscle mass, Just Protiena and Creatine??

    This is what in it:
Synergistic Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate , Whey Protein Isolate) , Muscle Volumising matrix (Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, Micronised L-Glutamine, Taurine),
Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Maltodextrin, Dextrose,
Dietary Fibres (Acacia Gum, Chicory Inulin),
Fructose, Olive Oil, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Xanthan Gum,
    Flavouring
Mineral Blend (Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Oxide),
Vitamin Blend (Ascorbic acid, Vitamin E, Pyridoxine), Methoxyisoflavone, Sweetener (Sucralose)

Don't worry, a lot of people get caught out by this when they first join the board.

Yes. Like I said, see how your diet compares to those suggested in diet and nutrition and fit the whey protein shakes in when you need them.

Everything else in that is unnecessary.

Creatine isn't important either but if you want to buy some then it is cheap enough to be worth getting.

    Either

    http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supp...5lb)-(refill)/

    or

    http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supp...red)-(refill)/

Unflavoured is not unpleasant, just tastes like skimmed milk when mixed with water. If you think you could down that, it is the best value option.

    Otherwise the first.

Taste isn't everything in a protein shake, value is important too.

Depends on priorities. Unless you are one well off 16 year old, value should be a priority and the money saved could go on more quality food.
