    Hello All
Just a quick question, A Lately i have been feeling a bit bloated and feeling a bit YUK!
I train four times a week with a mix of weights and cardio, without going in to a long story , my diet is good and trying to loose a bit of weight so just cannot get my head around this.
But i have just started wondering if it could be the Creatine Monohydrate that i just started taking last week, I am taking 20gram then dropping to 5 after the first week.
Could it be this ? if so is it worth taking because i feel like a ballon and Rotten.
    Thanks

Loading of creatine is not necessary, have a read through this thread http://forum.myprotein.co.uk/showthread.php?t=16431

Its def worth taking though mate, just take 5g post workout with a simple carb such as dex/malto, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

It could be the creatine or it could be your diet. What you consider good may not be good for you. Too much dairy or too many carbs can also cause bloating. But if you've only just noticed it recently after supplementing creatine then it is probably that. You could try CEE which tastes awful but doesn't come with the bloat.
