    Hi,

Does CM always have to be taken with 500ml of water or can I mix it in with my whey protein that only has 250ml?

    Thanks

You can do that but for best results take it with 500ml.

Use 500mL for improved absorption. CM is highly hydrophilic - water loving - and will draw water from wherever it can, so best to supply it with what makes it happy.

you can take it with 250ml but id recommend only have 2.5g to give you a chance of dissolving it in the water before taking it. This will decrese the chance of you feeling bloated or have a sore stomach from taking it and increase the chance of it being effective.
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering

I think I've heard a few people mention on here that 100ml for every 1g of CM should do the trick.
