I'm thinking of blending say 100g of oats, couple of scoops of protein and water. Will it taste ok with water? I normally have my protein with water but not sure on oats with water?

I don't know about soaking them overnight, but I do know that oats and protein taste fine blended with water, I blend mine with a mixture of milk and water in the morning and it tastes great.

Yep I do it both with milk and water tastes fine if you find them a bit rough on your throat then leave the shake standing for 10mins to soften a bit and itl be fine

100g of oats you wud need a blender, well for me anyway. 100g oats, 30g mpc with milk blended is perfect.
