Bought this the other day, how much per day should i be taking, so far i have been taking two shakes per day.

Not looking for huge size just a medium sized gain.

With regards to the powder itself, it mixes really well, taste however is bearable but with an unflavoured shake you cant expect it to taste great.

Anyone else get a bit of wind with this supplement

Id take one an hour before your workout and one straight after.
For the taste I just add some nesquik to it.
As for the wind, ive never found it gives me any,dnt know bout others though.

I looked at Nesquik yesterday but looking at the 20g serving of nesquik it has a lot of carbs and sugar in it

What about the sugar free crusha? Have a look at it, its a bit better than the nesquik.

Just adding less water to it will give it a creamier taste. As for wind never experienced this myself. As for how many to take, this is entirely diet dependent, How many Calories do you currently consume and how much protein from real foods etc. I can have anywhere between 1-3 per day depending on these factors.

i know where your coming from with the wind. my advice is to try and time it so the few hours after your workout your not in a public place, lol. i workout in the evening so if i have wind after it, it doesnt matter, only my girlfriend has to suffer. if you have it in the morning then go to work in an office, its not fair on anyone
