Hi everyone I was wondering if you guys can help, I am on a tight budget as I am a student and was wondering which one was better MP max or just the plain impact whey isolate, the thing is that there is BCAA in the MP max, so if I go for impact whey isolated should I also get some BCAA powder with it? Hope you guys can help thank you very.

If you're on a tight budget go for whatever's cheaper? Also remember prices will vary depending on the amount you buy. I think the MP Max works out cheaper at 2kg or under but once you start adding more KGs the Impact Whey Protein works out cheaper. I'm sure you can work it out from here . Also get concentrate not isolate unless you are lactose intolerant.

    Personally, I'm doing fine with:

    Impact Whey Protein
    Ultra Fine Scottish Oats
    Omega 3 Capsules

I don't know much on the topic of BCAAs but the above is working for me fine. I'd say, if you're a beginner don't worry about it and just focus on getting a good diet down.

I would be inclined to get whey isolate for around workouts, and milk protein for other times of day. Additionally, creatine is a great choice for beginners.

Hey Tigg, Im a student too so I know what you mean about doing it on a budget. Id recommend using the bulk buy Whey concentrate, unless you are lactose intollerant,

    http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supp...(unflavoured)/

Ive been using it for over a year and its very good and prob the best price for Whey protein in the UK. If you are trying to do it on the cheap you could also mix it with full fat milk for a night time shake. I wouldnt bother with the BCAA especially at this time, and also remember they are included in your Whey shake.
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering
