In terms of strength Gain any type of creatine is well in the lead. Below that are quite a few things. Whey and other types of Protein are not on the same level but are still fairly neccessary. A lot of people find their strength goes up when they start supplementing with Omegas, if your main aim is strength then this is a great bet. Then any test boosters........if your of the age or situation where you need them are probably second to creatine.....with test being the main strength hormone. Other than that your left with Aminos and BCAAs.![]()
