Iv seen that the meal replacement in the formulas section is going cheap, but that there's also MP Max Meal Replacement which seems a little dearer but has better ingrediants in.

I have hardly any appetite at the moment for some reason and dont want to go all day without eating (which id could easily do). I know people say 'just force yourself to eat', but believe me i would if i could. Seeing as a meal replacement would probably make up a large proportion of my daily intake, should I go for the more expensive MP Max one because of the better ingredients? Or is the other one on clearance good enough?

    Thanks
    Jonny

    doesnt matter.

if moneys a issue then get the formula, if not then the mp max.

    the formula mrp is unflavoured.

the ingredients in both are top notch as MP use top notch stuff to make them.

its more of a weight gainer, so unless you want to gain weight then go ahead.

just make some sandwiches or a shake and you'll be fine.

dont rely on supplements to gain. theyre a supplement to your diet, not to replace it.

try and eat more and you will gain faster than ust taking weight gainers.

I don;t get why anyone needs a weight gainer when they're so many calorie dense foods available which are also packed with good nutrients as well.

    Nuts for example...

Couldnt agree more. 100g oats 300ml full fat milk = 600Kcal ish, as much as any weight gainer out there. Not the most nutritional meal ever but if you are having weight gain usually means you dont care about that anyway.
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering
