I've used glutamine in differents amounts for different periods, at some times upto 30g a day(first thing on an empty stomach I might add) and others 10g a day(again on an empty stomach) and to be honest, I noticed absolutely nothing from it, no increased recovery, didn't affect DOMs(I don't get DOMs anyway), no immune system benefits, no increased fat loss. bla bla bla.
Therefore, IMO, is a waste of money. I think people get wrapped up on the science of things and the whole "it should do this, it should do that" thing abit too much, if you are not receiving noticeable, measureable benefits, then its likely its not doing anything![]()
