    is this something that you only need to take if your huge ?......or you are doing extreme training with mega heavy weights ?

    or, is it for everyone ?

    im trying to simplify my supplements, and im now almost out of hurricane, but im got loads of MP Max Whey, and im going to order some creatine ethyl ester tablets, but im wondering about the l-glutamine as ive been getting some from my hurricane, will i miss it and will my gains not be as good without it ?.......

    Glutamine is one of those supplements that has people have mixed views on. I'd suggest trying it and seeing how you get on. Personally I think you need to try a supplement for at least 8 weeks before you would have any idea if its having any effect.

    jus got in from the g/f's.....its a half hour drive back and i dont leave hers until 11pm, jus up checking forums/emails and lookin @ what i might want for Xmas

    i find glutamine has worked for me but im trying it only post workout to see if it makes any difference

    i used to take 5 g on non workout days and 20g workout days 10g before and 10g after now i just take 10g after and 5g of gee after on wokout days as you only really tapp into the glutaine reserves by working out so im now only a postwokout gluatmine taker

    i brought 100g as it was cheap so i might try taking some postworkout
