I've known people who get aggressive when taking creatine because they think it will make them aggressive

I wouldnt say I had aggression as such, but I was getting angry with people quicker in everyday situations, sort of like my patience had been halved, rather than just walking about angry.

Good lord I should never take it then.

My patience is a knats fart away from being permanently gone these days.

I always thought it made people relaxed and happy and able to deal with stress and pressures more effectively.

This was when I was proberbly dosing too highly, I havent had this effect when I reduced the dosage, now taking 0.7-8g per day instead of 1g

    Pardon the old thread bump!

I want to cycle Rhodiola too and was wondering which Ginseng is better to use after using Rhodiola for 8 weeks, Panax or Siberian?

I'm taking Rhodiola for stress and energy so looking for something that gives similiar effects.

    Thanks.
