  1. Default Creapure - When to take

    Afternoon All

    I have been using Creapure for about two weeks now but was wondering when its best to take it?

    The packet says consume 5g daily, but it doesnt say when (pre/post workout). I used to use CEE which advised taking 45mins before a workout.

    Having read a number of forums, people seem to take it before and after a workout?? is that advisable? if so what quantity for each?

    i take it in the mornin and after a workout i take my cyclone which has it in it..im going to take it before a workout aswell..im takin 5gram in the morning and the same before and after workout but im still learnin myself so c what someone else says in here

    i take it before and after workouts. 5g each and on non workout days i take it in the morning with breakfast
    training, sex and football!!!!! Im sorted

    5g after a workout and before brekfast on non training days will be fine. Make sure you take 100ml of water per 1g of creatine mono.

    So your saying to take two lots - would you suggest splitting the 5g into 2*2.5g then?

    Also what carbs would you recommend - Glucose/Palatinose??

    On another note - happy with the seasons opening game? Im also a Newcastle Fan

    People have different opinions on when and how much to take.... for me 1 small scoop wich is like 3g a think gets taken in the morning and around 6g after training.

    just the way i like to do it....i take mine with wms after training

    It doesn't matter when you take just how.

    As Banzeh pointed out 100ml of water for every 1g so if taking 5g 500ml of water.

    Its recomended to load up on this taking 20g per day for a week then maintenance of 5g daily.

    Its all about filling your creatine pool and this can be done just as effectively at 10g per day for 2 weeks.

    Its up to you really but I would take more than 5g a day.

    so taking 5g in morning and 5 g after workout.. everyday for 8 weeks then 1 week off? because you hve uped the dose would you cut the cycling period?
