I've been using it (at standard dose) hoping would help with a rotator cuff injury. I've also been doing daily stretches, and light strength building exercises too, along with glucosamine/chondroitin. I've had a big improvement during the first few weeks- but it's not really possible to say what effect the cissus had.
I've searched for cissus in regard to cortisol, and haven't come up with anything worthwhile. The research on fracture repairs is from the 1960's and not available on pubmed.
