i started taking isolate protein today for the first time because it has 0.3g fat and 111 callories where as the impact whey protein has 2.1g of fat and 118 callories..
i changed from the whey because whey states for mass and size where isoalte states for building lean muscle..
so i've reached a size i am happy with and i would just like the muscles to be more visible and abit more lean with out putting too much body fat/mass

Gee, how much fat mass did you stop from gaining by cutting out those 7 calories?

pardon me but are people missing the point here...

    whey impact contains -

    Per 25g:
    Energy: 98.3Kcal
    Energy: 414.0kJ
    Protein (dry basis): 20.5g
    Protein (as-is): 19.6g

    Fat: 1.7g
    Carbohydrates: 1.5g
    Calcium: 125.0mg
    Cholesterol: 0.5mg

    whey isolate contains..

    Per 30g:
    Energy: 111.0Kcal
    Energy: 472.0KJ
    Protein (dry basis): 27.9g
    Protein (as-is): 27.7g

    Fat: 0.3g
    Carbohydrates: 0.2g
    Calcium: 120.0mg
    Cholesterol: 0.6mg

why is it.... myprotein measures the values of impact in 25g and 30g in isolate??

Sometimes wondered why that happens myself. I just take the 25g to be a level scoop and the 30g to be roughly a heaped scoop.

Ive never really understood why they use two different measures, if they included different sized scoops with the 2 products I might be able to get my mush around it but as is all I can really see is that most people will ignore the weight and assume it has 7.5 more g of Protein when in fact its more like 2.5.

I use a scoop that came "free" from a well known brand, its a 30 so I adjust the values accordingly to hit my needs.
