I am currently looking to add mass and I am on a bulk diet. The supplements I currently take a whey protein, omega 3 soft gels, Ultra fine oats, creatine mono, L-Glutamine and flaxseed powder.

At present on Workout days I consume 5g creatine Pre WO and 5g Creatine and L-Glutamine PWO.

On none workout days I consum 5g of creatine and L-Glutamine upon waking.

I was wondering if I should purchase Taurine also and what would be the benefits of this, also could I take it with the above supplements?

Taurine is used in a couple of ways and I use it as a focus enhancer for my sessions..

I take along side Creatine in my pre wo shake around 30 mins before training..
as well as other sups.. Protein Shakes Link shows you the various mixes I take..

I get some good results with these formulas.. and with all my sups being bulk I can mix and match depending on what I need a shake for..

Not gonna even read your posts.

    But i will say:

    BUY TAURINE.

    -Very cheap
    -Enhances muscular control
    -Helps control blood pressure
    -Helps control blood sugar
-Really helps on a cellular level with magnesium storage etc.

    Generally damn good stuff.

Taurine is good stuff and I find that you don't even need that much of it. The stuff is dirt cheap so it's worth taking even if it's just to see how you respond.

Think it is a little over hyped, but for the money is a worthwhile buy. Can be used before training to add focus, or before bed to help sleep(altho can give me some freaky dreams). Is also meant to help with hydration levels, altho despite this I wouldnt use it before competative sport (rugby/football etc) as it seems to reduce your reaction times slightly.

If it doesnt work for you can always be used before a night out, 5g taurine + 200mg caffeine gives a great buzz/high
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering
