whey
creatine
multi vit
fish oils
maybe also creatine and beta alanine green tea
Hi guys....
Im fairly new to all the suplements...allthough Ive been training on/off for many years. Been seroous at it the last year or so...but feel ive kinda hit a limit. Currently use MP Creatine Mono and Bulk Whey only. What do you recommend in additional to this is essential and will help lifting/building etc?
Im not wanting to add 10 suplements to my daily intake...maybe 1 or 2. Ive read a lot of trainers take fish oils/omega 3...and green tea axtract. Are they worthwhile...if what type to start off on first?
Cheers

1) fish oils - Most important i'd say unless your getting a decent amount of omega 3 from your diet
2) zinc - almost every trainee is deficient in zinc, supplementing increases testosterone and decreases estrogen.
Everything else isn't very essential tbh, obviously creatine and whey are the next on the list but you dont really "need" them.
Using this code with your first order will make you a ripped machine. Use with the up most of care!MP2484*may or may not make you a ripped machine...infact it most certainly wont.

Well, you have to get into the mindset the supplements are just that - 'supplements' to an already decent training programme and diet. If you havent got the diet and training down to a T, you should forget about the supplements until they are sorted. At the end of the day, the best results come from a great training and diet approach.
Now that i have got that out of the way, i would say supplementing with some additonal protien via protien powder, esp. peri-workout,is a good idea.
Also, alot of people have a very unbalanced omega 3: omega 6 ratio intake, so i agree that some fish oil daily is a good idea.
Creatine is great, but not everyone is a responder. However, it is cheap, so well worth a try.
For me, glutamine has done wonders for recovery, illness prevention, and general longevity in my training capacity.
Stuff like multi vits and ZMA are effective, but i would concentrate on getting your diet sorted first.
