    i think i will go the mpc route i had micellar casien once and that was very thick so maybe half a scoop will provide the right consitancy!

    MPC will make the shake in a way thicker but its like drinking a product in a suspension, hard to deseribe. adding the thickeners i suggestred will turn it to a custard consistancy i imagine.
