    Hello
    Just wondering would a small amout of milk protein concentrate thicken my whey oats and water shake. Im trying to get it a bit thciker but not like concrete!

    probably. why not just use unground oats, that'll thicken it.

    i find the oaty bits a problem to swallow. Ground oats is bad enough dude! Im only using 300mls of water and its about 90g of powder!

    Yes MPC or CC would be good or you could use some Xanthan Gum.

    its more an mrp at work so i can get meal in very quickly. I use a cheap mrp at the moment but want a more natural version and id rather by from mp!
