Just wondering would a small amout of milk protein concentrate thicken my whey oats and water shake. Im trying to get it a bit thciker but not like concrete!![]()

i find the oaty bits a problem to swallow. Ground oats is bad enough dude! Im only using 300mls of water and its about 90g of powder!

its more an mrp at work so i can get meal in very quickly. I use a cheap mrp at the moment but want a more natural version and id rather by from mp!
