    another question (sorry)

am wanting to take it with a VIT C tab as advised but I notice you suggest a sugar-free one, the only ones I can find have artificial sweeteners like sucralose and zinc etc in as well, is this going to interfere with it or are these the ones to go with???

To be honest I emphasised the sugar-free ones because I noticed that the ones I had been using (from that well-known brand El Cheepo) were about 50% sugar. Rather than wanting anyone else caught out I said sugar-free to reinforce it. The ones I use have zinc etc in them and a smidgeon of artificial sweetener etc. I don't think they interfere with the Glutamine so if you're happy with the flavour go with them.

Fine...as long as the ones with sweetner instead of sugar aren't going to interfere with the increase in GH then thats fine.....was running around town all yesterday pulling my hair out to find one that said 'sugar free' on it hahaha

Thanks for the top advice....I'll stop bothering you now

Hiya guys. Very interesting thread. After reading through all 41 pages decided to purchase some l-glutamine. The only product I could find in my local health shop was

The product says Glutamine on the tub, yet in the usage instructions it is refered to as L-Glutamine. So my 2 questions are as follows
    1) does anyone know if this product is Glutamine or L-Glutamine

    2) Does it really matter if you use Glutamine instead of L-Glutamine.

Sorry if posting the link is not allowed I just wanted to make sure I was showing the correct tub.

Dont think your allowed to post competitor stuff on here so you might get a mod telling you off!...but just wondering why you want to buy this elsewhere when you can get the same amount for less than a tenner off mp? but to answer your question glutamine, l-glutamine are the same.

It was an impulse purchase. I have just received an order from myprotein (10kg whey, 2 x Zinc+Mag, kg of BCAA, 2 x creastorm), and since all my orders get delivered to my family home and not my current rented accom it can be a bitch waiting to get it.

Thanks for answering my question , I will remove the link
