Well I've never won the lottery ... so I can't say it will improve your luck.

On the other hand it will improve your chances of copping off with a rich old widow. Is that good enough?

So if I am 24... dont have any injuries and am trying to help my bulking up progress along.... If I was to get out of bed, stick 5-10 grams of glutamine and a fizzy vit c capsule in half a pint of water and drink it as soon as i got out of bed.... then go and have a shower etc and have breakfast half an hour or more later.... would this definately lead to an increase in my GH?? and this would result in more muscle growth obviously right?

Funnily enough "growth" hormone, isn't particularly anabolic. You could take supra-physiological doses of HGH by injection and not notice any increase in muscle mass for months. However it comes into it's own when it comes to body-composition.
Using this code with your first order will make you a ripped machine. Use with the up most of care!

*may or may not make you a ripped machine...infact it most certainly wont.

So would doing what i just said be worth while for me to do? I dont have any glutamine at the moment... I dont really like tkaing loads of it but if its substantially worth while I might get some more and do that in the mornings....

Growth hormone, like sendos said, isn't particularly anabolic. It will partion calories for sure, that's well understood. So, you might ask yourself, what's the point of it then.

Well, two things. First it will increase your test levels by a few percent eventually. This can only help obviously. The second though is the more important.

Although its called Growth Hormone it doesn't make you grow once you've reached adulthood (biologicaaly speaking somewhere between 21 and, say, 25). Its job after that is "repair", and if it were called "Repair Hormone" instead, you would immediately grasp the idea that you could lift until exhaustion and then recover in half the time.

So although its not generally anabolic in itself it does facilitate and reinforce anabolic behaviour patterns, ie lifting weights, uphill sprints, bodyweight exercises etc. In fact without it you would never repair yourself really and things like lifting weights would actually be self-destructive.
