    can someone tell me the difference between the two, ive searched through posts ect and have found out they contain preety much the same ingrediants,

    bulking agents -mircocrystalline and cellulose

    sodium carboxymethylcellulous

    are found in both,

    can some help?

    i gathered that, they both claim to do the same thing so why would you take both?
