    Hi,

I recently discovered I was diabetic - and my weight had droped to less than 10stone.

I've been reading that creatine can help with diabetes and building muscles back up - does anyone know/have experience with this?

Also, whats the difference between the Monohydrate & Ethyl-Ester types?

I'm not wanting to build up big - just get back to something average and keep some weight on.

    Thanks

    Jim

CEE will be a LOT better for a diabetic. Obviously you dont want to be using lots of simple carbs to shuttle the creatine mono in; CEE doesnt need this so would be better.

Havent studied Diabetes to much depth in terms of training, more on the nutritional aspects, however, creatine is a good supplement to help with gains in muscle/strength.
