sounds ideal as the rest of the day im eating these foods, but even if i take them with a little water before bed im always up a few time for the toilet(getting old, lol)so is there an alternative to zma?
give GABA a go iv been using it for a few months and it has simialer, if not more potent effect than ZMA and has the added bonus of making me feel sleepy once iv taken it which is always good when you want to get to sleep

I'm an athlete and the whole of my training group swear by the stuff! I take it around an hour before I go sleep and I sleep so well and feel refreshed and ready to straight back on to the track or into the gym the next day!

Barbarian thats interesting, are you able to suggest where we could reliably/safely get hold of the different forms of Mg you mention.

I've also been taking my own version of ZMA, which is simply zinc picolinate tabs plus chelated magnesium.

    Any comments?

That's because it is. ZMA is a patented name, hence why MP can't call their supplement the same.
