Im planning to start cutting as of monday next week to take some time to improve my fitness and trim away a bit of excess fat. Im aiming to loose about 7-10lbs over the next 3/4 weeks.

Im going to aim to continue weight training 4 times a week and run for 15 mins at the end of 2 of these sessions and try to increse the distance I cover every week. Also two hill sprit sessions a week.

Im going to eat around 2300 cals per day (currently 82.5kg@17.5%bf)

    Around 200g Protein
    200g Carbs
    70g Fat

    Supplement wise im thinking

    Upon waking

    2g HMB
    10g L Glutamine

    15mins later

    30g Whey
    50g Fine oats

    PWO

    10g Glutamine
    2g HMB

    15-25 mins later

    50g Whey
    25g Dextrose
    25g Maltodextrin

    30 mins before bed

    10g Glutamine
    2g HMB

    Before Bed

    30-50g Instant Milk Protein

    How does this look?
Also Im thinking of adding L Leucine, possibly 10-15g during workouts, 10-15g after and 10g before bed.

    Cheers for any help.

For fat loss purposes you might want to ditch the pwo carbs as they will switch off the fat burning effect from your workout and cardio.

25g whey with 10g glutamine and leucine would do the same thing anyway.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought HMB was taken before bed only?

No its 3 times a day spaced out as evenly as possible.

    Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement consume 1 tablet 3 times daily. For the best results evenly spread the servings throughout the day.
    Same for the powder.

Agree with ditching the post wo carbs as they will hinder your fat loss.

Id definately cut out the PWO carbs, and possibly look at reducing your carb intake generally for the day.
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering
