It wasn't pulse i tried, it was 4g of beta alanine pre-workout. I only got 100g of it to see what it's like so it's not that much of a waste of money.

Do as MP suggested, space out your dosing at 1.5-2g, 4 times per day for best results.

Pulse or Beta Alanine seems to do absolutely zilch for me. If I can't feel the "tingling" effect, that means there is no point in me using it correct?
Pannett, MP & Luffers are right, i haven't had any in so long, i never had 4g straight, i had like 1.0-1.5g 3-4times a day!
try that for a while!
no not really, the lack of "tingling" doesn't mean it isn't working, it's just your body doesn't react to it, as someone previously said the "tingling" was the BA getting into the veins/capillaries setting off the nerve's sensations, but you might react differently!
