Hey guys ive just bought a load of new supps from myprotein to aid my cycle (var). If you know what im talking about then can you help me out a little.
The cycle is 5 weeks. Im looking to gain a small amount of lean muscle and attempt to lose some fat in the process.
Apart from the basic supps, others i bought were:
Sesamin,
Milk thistle,
Omega 3's,
Red Rice Yeast and COQ10.
Should i take the sesamin during the cycle or after?
Should i just use milk thistle only after the cycle to make the most of the cycle?
I have flax seed oil also but should i use the omega 3's and Red Rice Yeast and COQ10 before the cycle or after, or both? This is to help maintain good cholesterol levels.
