    like LH has said

    main difference is the protein

    True Whey = Whey
Total Protein = Egg White Protein, Milk Protein Concentrate and Whey

total protein is more of a well balanced protein
whey is more for quick absorption! (as the milk/egg in the TP will slow down digestion due to casein)

I use Total Protein, I like that it has the whey to hit you fast, then the slower proteins for after, I also use it before bed.

True Whey is the best pre/post workout product i've come across hands down. Even beats PHD's Pharma whey's results for me. Casein seperately is a much better option in my opinion, however MyP do need to sort out the milk protein smooth... it's horrid! Used to be nice, not sure if its changed since i bought it though. Is the only thing in my stack that isn't MyP!
