Well, there are severl other brands of Krill Oil out there, which Neptune Technologies has done a very good job of discrediting by scaremongering customers into doubting their quality.

It is really great stuff, and there are a number of studies pitting it against standard 1000mg fish oil caps, and it trumps fish oil in nearly every regard. My favourite effect from it was it massively reduced joint aches and pains - eve more so that cissus - and also significantly reduced DOMS.

Shame, I was looking at these for my next order. I'm not sure if I can justify £25 though

No doubting it's good but you've got to consider price/effectiveness ratio.

    An analogy.

A rolex watch is no doubt higher build quality than a £10 watch but the £10 watch will still tell the time.

It's one of those things i want to try but the price has been prohibitive.

    Hi,

Neptune (NKO) Krill Oil is a very high quality specialised patented product and that usually means you will pay a premium. The old cost of £17.95 was artificially low and unsustainable.

We have also had a to contend with the strength of the dollar, increased shipping costs and increased costs of raw material from Neptune themselves we have had no choice but to raise the price. As stated if we didn't there would be no point in stocking the product as we would be making a loss!

As always we will beat any European price for NKO, however at the last time of checking our price was very competitive indeed.
