    Been taking supplements for about 12 months now, tried Impact Whey protein and MP Max True Whey. Seen some results but not as much as i'd like. Anyway read the reviews on hurricane xs so I'm going to give it a go, I consider myself a hard gainer so every little helps!! Try and get to the gym about 3 times a week put usually end up going twice busy family life and type of work as i say gets me there twice any how enough of that my question is:

    On training days hurricane taking in the morning and after workout.
    Usually train in the evening after work, so one for breakfast and then one for supper easy!!!

    Put what about on non training days???
    Like hurricane evo do you take at the same time as you would on training days or do you not take it at all???

    I'll only be using hurricane xs as you all know there's a bit of a credit crunch on so i got no more dosh to buy other supplements unless I win the lottery

    any pointers would be gratefully appreciated.

    just take it once a day on non training days that way you keep the creatine topped up. I used to use hurricane but found it to expensive so just use plain whey, creatine mono and L-Glutimine mixed together. Works out much cheaper in the long run.

    Get your diet nailed tho as this allways works out cheaper than the supplements any way.
