Hi Guys just received my order today are MP fast with their orders or what only orderd it on Monday (Bank Holiday) and got it this morning ,Nice one chaps. Anyway with My order i also got the powdered caffeine however i tad bit unsure how i should take it . Im thinking of putting it within my pre-workout shake as boost. i intend to do a blend of 25g True Whey , 50/60g Maltodextrin and and 2/16 of a teaspoon of Caffeine (i have high caffeine tolerance) and mix it all with water (milk causes stomatch cramps)and down it as my pre-workout meal together with a banana. Do you reckon this is the best way to take or should i take it seperatley have the shake first and then mix the powder with water or juice and have it that way.
I thought I had replied to this. Anyway, I assume you are using caffeine as a stimulant since you're using maltodextrin so you're most likely bulking. You also say that you have a good tolerance for it, in that case I would take the caffeine 15 mins before to let it work through before you add the other stuff.
I've done it both ways, but once you build a tolerance to caffeine it's best to take it separately.
I would also weigh that stuff out and stick to the recommended dosage. Caffeine is one of those things that can spoil the rest of your day.
Meshman, a guy who used to be a mod on here , had a legendry night with caffine. Thought his heart was going to pack in he'd had that much (hadnt even had a lot iirc, I'll find the thread)

+1 for the above I know someone who's overdosed and spent the night looking at the ceiling in bed wondering if their heart was going to pack in. Not a nice experience at all. Get a set of scales and measure the dosage out.
