If you workout in the morning. Take your Hurricane Post workout, and then another Hurricane serving 6 hours later.
Or you could just opt to take it post workout only.
I currently take the product just as a post workout shake. (late afternoon/early evening)
I have just noticed that it states to take the product in the morning, would this be of any benefit?
If so when would it be taken mid morning? or instead of breakfast upon waking? which is usually muesli with skimmed milk?

I was just wondering if I would see any gains from taking it first thing in the morning as well with my breakfast?
