    hey guys,
    anyone recomend this over the CEE tabs/powder, how does the taste compare, does it bloat you? can u mix with citric acid and is it bad for the enamel on ur teeth.

    I use it and it is flavourless, so a lot easier to take than CEE. Some say they get the bloat, I don't. Yes you could take it with citric acid, if you mean with orange juice? Not sure if creatine alone is bad for your teeth but I'd tend to say it's not.

    edit- well after doing a quick google, it seems that creatine is bad for your teeth, but if you down it quickly and don't swish it around your mouth, no problem.

    can u mix say 5g of creapure with say a large scoop of whey protein in 500ml of water & drink as one?
