get standard impact whey.
no need for isolate as you are not lactose intolerant.
Please can someone help me.
I am looking at the MP impact whey isolate vrs the impact whey protein (unflavoured) and cant decide which is better. The only real differences i can see are that the fat content on the isolate is less, is this worth the £10 difference or am i missing something obvious?
I'm not lactose intolerent so that makes no diffence to me but am on a low fat high protein diet but also thinking as i dont take in much fat else where a couple of extra grams in the shakes may not harm especially as i tend to take with water or fruit juice and not milk.....any suggestions people?
