This morning I was running late so to speed up breakfast I stuck all my ingredients in one bowl and wolfed it down- oatmeal, raw honey, raisins and a scoop of Total Protein. It tasted great and I think I'll be doing it again in future, but I am worried the heat in oatmeal might degrade or otherwise damage the proteins in the Total Protein. I basically boiled/simmered the oats on the hob, poured them into the bowl then added the protein powder. Anyone know if this is a problem?

I do the same just without the cooking and find its a great way to start the day
