hello everyone. I hope u are all well.
I got a blood test from my doctors and the test came back that there (might) be a slight abnormality with my liver but he cannot tell so i need to repeat the blood test in a month. At the minute i am getting severe stomach cramps, nausius, excess wind, depression and tiredness.
My question to you fine people is am i taking to many supplements and is the supplements im taking safe to take along-side with each other.Obviously most of you guys are experienced so i thought i should ask.
At the minute my main goal is fat loss, i lift three times a week and cardio five times a week.
Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

Don't worry unless your liver enzymes are in the thousands. Many people have a slightly high count - it's usually no cause for alarm. Get your follow up test done, but it's probably nothing.

I would stop taking the fat burners for now. These can sometimes contribute to nausea.
Are you vegetarian? If not I would substitute fish oils for flax.

What's your diet like? A lot of these symptoms sound as though you're reacting to something you are eating. I'd definitely suggest cutting out grains, sugar and dairy for a while to see if anything improves. (Whey isolate is generally well tolerated by people with lactose intolerance, whereas protein shakes that contain casein can sometimes cause issues because casein is similar to gluten, which is a problem for a lot of people).

As you're taking fat burners I'm guessing you are also trying to drop fat. Are you using a lot of sugar substitutes? Aspartame can make you feel very ill if you use a lot of it, and alcohol-based sugars such as sorbitol can really upset your stomach. I had a really bad gum habit a while ago and it would give me horrible, painful trapped wind. It can also have a strong laxative effect. I would avoid artificial sweeteners for a while as well.

Stick to boiled vegetables as high fat and protein will exacerbate the symptoms, until you get a definitive answer via the blood tests/scans
