    Hi guys, & MP.

I have a couple of questions about Creatine.

    1. Is it safe? Is there a thread on the forum about it's safety? (I couldn't find one). I was told by a sports instructor that the body naturally creates creatine and if a creatine supplement is taken, then the body stops creating it. Will this be a problem when you get older?

    2. Is it Halal?

    Thanks.

On the product page for creatine it doesn't carry MP's halal 'icon', but I beleive it's usually synthesised chemically - rather than extracted from animal products.

You might want to contact MP direct for the definative answer.

Yes creatine is made synthetically hence no animal products are used.

    Thanks for your responses guys.

You must understand that when some people on the web cast even a shadow of doubt on something, one has to be a little bit cautious.

I think I'll just place an order, hopefully the P&P won't cost more than the product itself.

Just need to research the three different ones sold by MP.

also i would advise the cheaper creatine

creapure is apparently purer, but your talking fractions of a difference and i mean fractions not even worth worrying about. you got more to worry about in the veryday food you eat

and creatine versus CEE. well I'm not even gonna go there
