I'm new to supplements, and am thinking about supplementing with:

    Impact Whey Protein or Isolate
    CreaPure
    Waxy Maize Starch
    L Glutamine
    Psyllium Husks (Powder)
    ZMA / Zinc & Magnesium
    Evening Primrose Oil
    Alpha vitamin
    Super Omega 3
    MegaOmega

I tend to train in the afternoon/evening and my planned supplements timetable is as follows:

    Code:
Breakfast/Morning	2 g Psyllium Husks (Powder) in 350ml-500ml water or juice
Once a day with food:	2 x Alpha Vitamin (maybe even cut to one if urine is bright yellow, to see if still overloading on vits)
(eg. evening meal)	2 x Super Omega 3
1 x Evening Primrose Oil (maybe two)
    			5 ml (1 teaspoon) MegaOmega
Before Bed: 2 x ZMA/Zinc & Magnesium (maybe cut to one) 30-60 mins before bed
25g Whey Protein/Isolate just before bed in shake
5g L Glutamine just before bed in shake
Post workout shake:	25g Whey Protein
    			 5g L Glutamine
    			25g Waxy Maize starch
5g CreaPure (possibly only add this on day before training, if I feel too bloated/water retention)
I wasn't going to take a pre-workout shake, but have thought about some/all of the following:
    Code:
Pre-workout:	200 mg Caffeine (tablet take 1 hour before training, powder 15-30 mins before)
    		1 x Ginkgo Biloba
25g Waxy Maize Starch (mixed with 400ml water)
I was also thinking of getting some Electrolytes Plus Tablets for PWO, on days when I sweat a lot doing cardio/circuit training (and for when I've got a hangover ).

    What does everyone think ?

Could I do without some supplements ?

    Hi

You may be able to cut a lot or some of the supps out depending on how you're eating. The blend of oils looks good, but if you already eat olive oil, nuts, seeds and plan on taking evening primrose oil then you may not need the megaomega. You may also not need psyllium husk if you are eating nuts, seeds, veggies and fruits.

What does your diet look like and are you planning to gain muscle or lose fat?

don't drink whey before bed. choose some slower source of protein, like meat or eggs. if you absolutely want protein powder, use milk protein.

I generally eat fresh food, but don't eat many nuts/seeds. My sleep is not great and I always tend to feel tired in the morning, hence the ZMA / Zinc & Mag.
